Kathryn Erbe

Kathryn Erbe was born Kathryn Elsbeth Erbe. An American actress, she's most well-known for her performances in the roles of detective Alexandra Eames and Shirley Bellinger on HBO's Oz. The actress has been featured on various other TV series, including "Chicken Soup", "Homicide: Live on the Street", Conviction' (How to Escape murder), Blue Bloods, and "The Sinner". She has appeared in a variety of films and short films, such as 'Rich in Love", 'The Abdiction", 'Love from Ground Zero' "Stir of Echoes', 3 Backyards', Mother's House and Miss America', to name some. There are a few plays that have been played by her. Theater projects she's worked on include 'The Grapes Of Wrath', 'The Speed of Darkness", 'A Month In the Country', and 'The Father'.
